Shipping and delivery policy

Your shop page, QR code and dashboard are created as soon as you sign up, and are available at app.getvendo.io and web.getvendo.io/your-shop.

When you pay for a plan, it's applied to your account immediately and you get a receipt by email. If your account hasn't updated within an hour of a successful payment, email us with the payment reference.

After you order a custom design, we call you within 2 working days to start. The finished design is published straight to your page; we'll agree a timeline with you on that call.

Your QR code is a file you download from the dashboard and print wherever you like. We don't ship printed material unless we've separately agreed to.
